Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Marcio Bomfim, who makes Lezgooo! (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old to use Lezgooo!.

Use it fairly

Lezgooo! adds a scoreboard to your photos and videos. Please use it lawfully and with respect for others. Don’t:

• Use team names or captions that are hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or defamatory.
• Present an edited score as an official result to mislead people, or pretend to be a team, league or broadcaster.
• Film people or events where that isn’t allowed, including against a stadium’s or venue’s rules.
• Copy or overload our score feed, or try to hack, reverse engineer or get around the app’s limits.

Your photos and videos

What you create is yours. Photos, videos, team names and captions are made and kept on your phone, and we never receive them. You are responsible for what you capture and share, including having the right to share it.

When you share, your phone hands the file to the app you pick (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and so on). That app’s own terms apply to what you post there.

Scores

Scores come from third-party sports data sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Scores you type yourself are as accurate as what you enter. Lezgooo! is for fun, so don’t rely on it for betting or anything where accuracy matters.

Lezgooo! is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team or broadcaster. Their names belong to their owners and are used only to identify games.

Free version and Premium

Lezgooo! is free. The free version shows an ad after every third photo or video you save or share, adds a small Lezgooo! logo to your photos and videos, and includes one game of your own and one favorite team.

Lezgooo! Premium is a one-time purchase (US$3.99, or the local price shown in the store). It removes the ads and the logo and unlocks unlimited games of your own and favorite teams. Payment and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. You can restore Premium on a new phone with “Restore purchases”.

We may change what the free version includes, but we won’t take away what you paid for while the app is available.

Your account

You can use Lezgooo! without an account, or sign in with Google or Apple. You can sign out or delete your account at any time in the app’s menu.

The legal part

The app, the Lezgooo! name and logo belong to us. You may use the app on your own devices for personal use.

Lezgooo! is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee it will always work or that scores are right, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for content you create or share. This doesn’t affect consumer rights you have by law.

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without removing protections the law of your country gives you.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Lezgooo! does with information about you. In short: your photos and videos stay on your phone, an account is optional, and we never sell your data. Lezgooo! is made by Marcio Bomfim.

What stays on your phone

Your photos and videos, the team names, scores and captions you type, your own games, favorite teams, team colours, settings and Premium status are kept on your phone and never sent to us. They are deleted when you delete the app.

The app asks for the camera (to take photos and videos), the microphone (for sound in videos) and permission to add to Photos (to save your photos and videos). It can’t browse your photo library: when you import a photo or video, your phone’s own picker shares only the one you choose. You can change these permissions any time in Settings.

What leaves your phone, and why

• Scores: the app downloads games and scores from our score feed, hosted by Supabase. The requests contain nothing about you, but like any internet request they show your IP address and device type, which are kept in server logs for up to 7 days for security.
• Usage analytics: Google Firebase Analytics receives events such as “photo taken” or “scoreboard style chosen”, a random app ID, your device model, system and app version, language and country. It never receives your photos, videos, names, captions, scores or precise location. If you allow tracking (see Ads), Google may also link these events to your phone’s advertising ID. Google keeps this data for 2 months. You can turn it off with the “Share anonymous usage data” switch at the end of the Privacy Policy in the app’s menu.
• Ads (free version only): Google AdMob shows the ads. It receives your IP address, device information and how you interact with ads, and uses your phone’s advertising ID only if you allow tracking when the app asks. Where the law requires it, such as in the EU and UK, the app asks for your ad consent first, and you can change it under “Ad privacy choices” in the same place.
• Sign-in (optional): if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address (Apple lets you hide it), profile picture from Google and an account ID, stored with Google Firebase Authentication. We use them only for your Lezgooo! account. Delete your account any time in the app’s menu and it is removed right away.
• Purchases: the App Store or Google Play handles payment. We only receive confirmation of what you bought, never your payment details.
• Sharing: when you share, the photo or video goes to the app you pick, under that app’s privacy policy.

These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Each has its own privacy policy: Google, Apple and Supabase.

Your choices and rights

You can turn off analytics, change your ad choices, refuse tracking, delete your account or delete the app at any time. Depending on where you live (Canada, Brazil, the EU and UK, some US states), you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to complain to a data protection authority.

Lezgooo! is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
